Peanut Butter Shake
 
 
I enjoy adding 1 scoop of PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter (it has 85% less fat calories than regular peanut butter and since it's powdered, it blends really well) to my Factor4 shake... (I use 8 oz. of rice milk and 8 oz. of water). See http://www.bellplantation.com/nutrition

Instructions
  1. Mix and Blend, tastes great. You can also add some chocolate rice milk for a different flavor.
