Factor4 with Oatmeal
 
 
Ingredients
  • 2 scoops - Factor4 Weight ControlĀ®
  • ½ cup - Oatmeal (uncooked)
  • ½ cup - Blackberries
  • ½ cup - Soy milk
Instructions
  1. Cook oatmeal. Then stir in Factor4 and top with blackberries & soy milk
  2. (may substitute low-fat milk for Soy Milk if desired)
