Factor4 with Oatmeal
Ingredients
2 scoops - Factor4 Weight ControlĀ®
½ cup - Oatmeal (uncooked)
½ cup - Blackberries
½ cup - Soy milk
Instructions
Cook oatmeal. Then stir in Factor4 and top with blackberries & soy milk
(may substitute low-fat milk for Soy Milk if desired)
