- • 3 scoops Factor4
- • 2 cups water
- • 6 ice cubes
- • 1 TBS plain yogurt
- • ½ tomato
- • ½ cucumber
- • ½ cup raspberries
- • 1 stalk celery
- • ¼ teaspoon Mace
- • 6 plain almonds
- Blender Progression: ice crush to count of 4, shred or grind to count of 4, blend to preference.
