Ingredients
  • • 3 scoops Factor4
  • • 2 cups water
  • • 6 ice cubes
  • • 1 TBS plain yogurt
  • • ½ tomato
  • • ½ cucumber
  • • ½ cup raspberries
  • • 1 stalk celery
  • • ¼ teaspoon Mace
  • • 6 plain almonds
Instructions
  1. Blender Progression: ice crush to count of 4, shred or grind to count of 4, blend to preference.
