Factor4 Basic Veggie Smoothie
 
 
This is a great way to get your green vegetables in a nutritious smoothie
Ingredients
  • 2-4 Scoops - Factor4 Weight ControlĀ®
  • 2-3 heaping spoons of your favorite yogurt (we like greek yogurt)
  • 1-2 heaping handfuls of young organic spinach
  • 1 heap of broccolini
  • 16-20 oz of water
Instructions
  1. Mix well in an electric blender until smooth, you will love the taste and get all your green nutrients. This makes two servings and you can keep the remainder in the fridge to have for another day.
