  1. I’ve ordered your Factor 4. I seem to be able to drink it. My digestive system seems to be hypersensitive and protein shakes blow me up. How can I maximize the good from your product ?

  2. Hi Mike, we have found that this varies based on warm or cold shakes and smoothies, ie, if you add ice to your shake some digestive systems have issue and more gas can occur. More room temperature can help if this is what you are seeing. Smoothies tend to be easier than just straight shakes with the addition of some greek yogurt or strawberries for example.
