
Factor4 with Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 2 scoops - Factor4 Weight Control®
- ½ cup - Oatmeal (uncooked)
- ½ cup - Blackberries
- ½ cup - Soy milk
Instructions
- Cook oatmeal. Then stir in Factor4 and top with blackberries & soy milk
- (may substitute low-fat milk for Soy Milk if desired)
